Section 193 : Aggregators (violations of licencing conditions)

The Motor Vehicles Act, section 193 which was first implemented in 1988 is registered as aggregators or violating of licensing conditions. A brief description of this section is that anyone is illegally being an agent or someone who tries to support or force someone to support or buy something also without any Government permissions or legal authority, they should get a punishment of going to prison for six months and giving a fine amount of twenty-five thousand rupees which may extend to one lakh rupees.
Anyone who participates as an aggregator in violation of the rules of section 93 or any rules made thereunder shall be punishable with a fine up to a minimum of one lakh rupees but shall not be but twenty-five thousand rupees.
Also while being as an aggregator violates a condition of the license granted under the first clause of section 93, not appointed by the State Government as a material condition, shall be punishable with a fine of a minimum of twenty-five thousand rupees.
The first clause of section 93 says no person should act as an agent or canvasser without having a valid license and not sell their services or engage themselves as a business to other people to give fake or fraudulent services.
