- Many motor vehicles, including commercial and non-commercial vehicles, were stuck in the jam.
- Long queues of vehicles were seen that were that stretched up to 1 km on both sides.
- Many light motor vehicles were seen taking a U-turn and taking the Darjeeling route in West Bengal to reach their destination.
STEPS TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGES-
Immediate actions were taken by the Border Road Organizations (BRO) to clear the blockage.

- But, the continuous rainfall made it difficult for the Bro workers and officials to clear the path, said a few BRO officials.
