Section 194 C : Overloading of two wheelers

The Motor Vehicles Act, section 194-C which was first implemented in 1988 is stated as overloading of two-wheelers. This section of MVA says that anyone who is caught driving or attempting to drive a two-wheeler with more than one person on the back, then they will receive a punishment of a fine amount of two thousand rupees with three months of blacklisting of driving license. Before the new rules, the fine amount was only one hundred rupees.
