Section 210 B : Offences committed by enforcing authorities

The Motor Vehicles Act, section 210 which was first implemented in 1988 is noted down as offenses committed by enforcing authorities. This section for the authority who would commit any type of crime under MVA.
Any authority that has powers given by Government to enforce all the rules and regulations given or stated under this Act, but if the authority is found committing or doing anything against the provision stated under this Act, they would be given a punishment by being liable of doing this Act with getting punishment two times of the offense committed.
The authority would be Police or any other Government authority which is responsible for enforcing the rules or provisions stated under the Motor Vehicle Act.
