SSP AWARDS POLICE FOR THEIR GOOD DEEDS IN CHANDIGARH

EFFORTS OF THE POLICE-

The police department all over the country works selflessly throughout the year. No matter the circumstances, the police department always does its duty well. Even during a time like the pandemic, the police department has worked day and night to make that the people follow the rules and guidelines that the state and the central governments have laid down in regards to the spread of the covid-19 disease.

So, it is important to appreciate their work and efforts and make sure that the police know that.

POLICE HELPED RESCUE A DOG FROM A PIT-

Recently, in Chandigarh, a police officer saved a little dog that was trapped in a pit for a very long time.

  • The little dig somehow fell into a pit hole in Chandigarh.
  • This incident took place in the first week of July 2021.
  • The dog that fell into the pit hole was not seen by the local people.
  • Hence, it was stuck in the pit hole for a long time.
  • A traffic police constable Kuldeep Singh and a home guard volunteer Raj Kumar happened to be near the pit hole.
  • Their combined efforts enabled them to save the little dog and bring him out of the pit hole.

POLICE AWARDED FOR THEIR GOOD DEED-

  • To appreciate the good deed done by Constable Kuldeep Singh and home guard volunteer Raj Kumar; the Security and Traffic police department decided to award the two for it.
  • Senior Superintendent of Police (Security and Traffic), Manisha Choudhary, awarded Kuldeep Singh and Raj Kumar for saving a dog trapped in a pit hole.

OTHER POLICE OFFICIALS WHO WERE AWARDED-

Not only this, the SSP awarded a few other police officials for their good deeds as well.
