CHALLAN FOR OVERSPEEDING IN DELHI CHARGED TO DELHI COURT JUDGE HUSBAND FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AFTER THE STOLEN CAR

The husband of a Delhi court judge was fed a speed traffic challan for overspeeding in Delhi two months after the theft of his car from Delhi’s west residence and the closing report of the case one month after police filed the case.
Though in April the police say that the car is dismantled, last month’s issuance of the challan raises questions.
In addition, the family says that the car with a “judge” sticker can still travel on the city’s roads and use it for access to important buildings.
The police said on Thursday they couldn’t track the driver. The car steels from the residence of the Judge in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi, on 21 March. It identifies in her husband’s name but both use it.
The husband says that he lodge a report at the Punjabi Bagh police station minutes after the stealing of a car on the grounds of which records an FIR.
The police report that attempts are making to locate the car after the filing of the complaint.
A senior police officer report that the matter is under investigation and the car is pursuing.
“We reopen this investigation to strive to trace the car that is missing.

The judge’s husband tells that in April the police report that the missing car seems to destroy when he askes about the state of the case.
It identifies as in her husband’s name but both use it.

On 22 May, on 20 June, the husband got the challan for overspeeding in Delhi. Since getting the challan for overspeeding in Delhi the husband says that the investigating officer and also sent images of their stolen car taken along with the challan on CCTV.
